Welcome
"Dandaloo" is the aboriginal word for "beautiful". We have provided a comfortable, well appointed cottage in a beautiful and serene country setting located in the middle of the popular "Lovedale" wine area to help you enjoy your visit to the Lower Hunter. We do hope you enjoy your stay.

Dandaloo
"Dandaloo" is a working cattle farm encompassing 320 acres. You are invited to walk around the paddock from which you access the cottaeg and obviously along Green Lane, but for your safety please do not enter other areas of the farm.

Water
This cottage utilises tank water which is in limited supply. Please minimise water use where possible. All taps inside the cottage provide drinking water. Taps outside the cottage provide dam water which should not be used for drinking.

Telephones
No telephone has been provided as mobile phones have reception in this area.

Toilet Facility
Toilets in this cottage flush through an enviro-cycle system. Sanitary items are to be disposed of via paper bags provided and placed in the garbage bin.

No Smoking
This is a non smoking cottage. Please respect this request. We welcome you to smoke outside the cottage but request that you dispose of the butts responsibly as bushfires easily start in this environment.

Kitchen
Please leave the kitchen in a tidy state when departing ready for the next guests and report ALL breakages. When using the oven check taht the power switch on the wall is in the "ON" position.

BBQ
The BBQ is provided for your convenience. Please ensure that it is left clean and ready for the next users.

Log Fire
Firewood is provided and stored at the rear of the cottage. Please ensure that the fireplace is used with care and that the fireplace door is kept shut at all times whilst the fireplace is in use.

Air Conditioning
Remote-control reverse cycle air conditioning units have been provided for your comfort. These units are quick acting and should be switched off when you leave the cottage. All remote controls should be kept in the brackets provided.

Linen
All linen provided.
